The Springhill Board is honored to offer the Springhill Chapel as a sacred site for Christian weddings, recognizing the profound significance of this holy union. The marriage rite is not merely a ceremony but a sacred act of Christian worship, affirming our responsibility to uphold the sanctity of such occasions and steward the retreat property as a place of reverence and celebration.
An ordained Christian minister of Word and Sacrament will preside over the service, ensuring it reflects the theological and spiritual depth of Christian worship. This worship service is centered on the vows exchanged by the couple, through which they commit themselves to one another in a covenantal relationship under God’s guidance.

Celebrating Sacred Union
The participation of ushers, musicians, and readers is welcomed to enhance the flow and atmosphere of the service. However, these roles serve to support and enrich the worship experience, maintaining the dignity and solemnity of the occasion. The focus remains on the sacred act of marriage and the spiritual journey of the couple as they enter into this covenant.
Through careful oversight, the Springhill Board seeks to ensure that each wedding at the Chapel is a meaningful act of worship, in alignment with the Christian faith, offering both the couple and their guests an experience that is both spiritually uplifting and deeply memorable.
